I waon a seat (random drawing) to the End of month $500 Saturday Tourny at the shoe. was wondering if anyone knows anything about it, how many runners? quality of play? Thanks for the info -Keith
It's a good event. Structure is decent. Turnout is usually around 115-120, give or take a few. That makes 1st somewhere around 15k.
The quality of play varies a ton, just like any other big MTT. There are some very good players in this one, but also many free rollers that won seats like you did. So, you will get a lot of cash game players that don't really play MTTs.
I've played it 3 times...final tabled once (chop), bubbled once, and no luck the other time. Or maybe it was 4 times...don't remember.
