Blackjack Rules
     Minimum bet = $1
     Maximum bet = $10
     Split Aces only once
     Dealer stays on any 17
   

Roulette Rules
     Minimum bet = $1
     Maximum bet = $10
     No bet or bets on one number may exceed ten dollars
    
Money Wheel Rules
     Minimum bet = $1
     Maximum bet = $10
