This is not a free seat giveaway, but an informational post for players who have a voucher and how to use it. 

Whether it came from a promotion, giveaway, leaderboard prize, or special event, this voucher is your ticket into a future CCG tournament. To make sure everything runs smoothly on game day, here’s exactly how it works and how to use it.

What Is a Free Seat Voucher?

A Free Seat Voucher covers one tournament buy-in up to the dollar amount shown on the voucher. Think of it as prepaid entry—no cash required at registration (within the rules below).

Free Seat Voucher Rules & Guidelines

🎟 One Voucher Per Tournament

Only one voucher may be used per tournament. You can’t stack vouchers or combine them for a larger buy-in.

📲 Reserve Your Seat in Advance

Players may text Ken at (630) 901-9797 to reserve a seat up to 72 hours in advance. This is highly recommended for popular events and larger fields.

➕ Add-Ons Not Included

Any add-ons, bonuses, or optional chip purchases are not included with the voucher. If you want an add-on, it must be purchased separately.

⏳ One-Year Expiration

Vouchers are valid for one year from the date they are issued. Don’t sit on it forever—use it!

📄 No Physical Copy Needed

You do not need to bring a physical copy of your voucher. Your name and voucher details are already on file with CCG Poker.

🚫 Non-Transferable

Vouchers are not transferable. They must be used by the player who earned them—no swaps, trades, or “buddy entries.”

💵 Buy-In Limits Apply

• Your voucher is good for any tournament up to the dollar amount shown

• Vouchers cannot be applied toward a higher buy-in tournament

  (Example: a $100 voucher cannot be used toward a $150 event)

How do you qualify for the $28K Freeroll?

Tournament Players: Earn points by finishing in the top 5 of any tournament. The top 5 tournament point leaders each month (January through May) will secure their spot in the Freeroll.

Cash Game Players: Earn 1 point per hour of live NLH cash game play. The top 5 cash game point leaders will qualify each month (January through May). Note: Players must check in and out at the bank to log their hours.

Points Multipliers: Earn extra points at specific venues. 1️⃣❌ to 2️⃣❌ depending on the location. The points modifier will be listed on the event page of the CCG poker website. Some venues are 1.5x points for Tournament, but not cash games and vice versa. Please check the individual event details page of the website to see if an upcoming event will have bonus points.

Bonus Points for Cash Game Players: Earn one extra hour per event for purchasing chips prior to the start of the event. For example, buying chips at 1:50 for a 2pm start would qualify for an additional hour on your time logged that day. Buying in at 2:10 would not qualify you for the bonus hour.

Late entry through the first five levels. After level 5 any open seats will be given to alternates.

Misc Rules:
Each player may only qualify for 1 seat. FREEROLL seats are not transferable. Main Event Seats are not transferable. There is no cash value on the seats won. There will be five alternates given out via a combination of bubble busters sit n go, social media giveaways, top point earners who did not qualify directly, and random drawings for players who cannot make the June 13th, 2026 Freeroll.  Cash Game players are responsible for checking in and checking out at the bank to receive their proper hours. Any player who does not check out will receive a maximum of two hours of time. Players have until the next update (weekly on Thursday morning) to notify CCG of any incorrect points. After the allotted time, points may not be awarded with out special exemption.

Tournament Points Tie Breakers: 
In the case of a tie of the top 5 in points for the tournament point list, the player with the most cashes will be awarded the freeroll seat. This means that the two players both have 25 points to qualify for 5th and 6th place. Player A received points in three tournaments, and Player B received points in four tournaments for the same point total. Player B would be the player who placed in the top 5 more times than Player A, and would be awarded the freeroll seat. Player A, in this situation, would qualify for the Bubble Buster Sit N Go.

Bubble Busters Alternates Sit N Go:
To fill out our $28 000 Freeroll with a full 54-player field, the hosting charities will run a 10-person bubble-buster freeroll for an additional three seats. Fifty qualifiers, plus the winner of the 2026 Titan, plus three bubble buster winners to combine for a total of 54 players. The bubble buster sit n go is for the ten players (five cash game players and five tournament players) who finish 6th on the points list in any month. If a player finishes 6th in one month but qualifies for the tournament, the bubble buster seat will go to the next player on the list.

Freeroll Alternates for No-Shows
If a qualified player is unable to attend the Freeroll, their seat will be assigned to an alternate. Alternate selections will correspond to the 4th place finish in the Bubble Busters Sit N Go. Any no-shows will be awarded to the next finisher on the Bubble Buster Sit N Go!  Anyone who is on the points list may be eligible for a seat if no other alternates are available.

The 2026 $50 TITAN Tournament will be held Friday, January 30th through Sunday, February 1st (we almost got you with the old January 32nd event date huh…?).

The Titan is a Multi-Day tournament over three days with multiple Day 1 flights and unlimited re-entry. The top 10% of each flight will advance to Day 2 with their chip stacks. Players who advance to day 2 from multiple flights will combine their chip stacks and receive a minimum cash payout for each bag they combine.

The WINNER of the Titan Tournament will automatically qualify for the June 13th, 2026 $28,000 WSOP DreamMaker FREEROLL where two players will WIN a $10,000 WSOP Main Event Seat. Good Luck Titan Players!

There are 9 flights between Friday and Saturday:

The top 10% from each flight advance to DAY 2
Day 2 players will be in the money 💰
Players advance to Day 2 with their Day 1 chip stack. Chip totals will be posted after each Day

10% of the field will advance.
We will round up on the fives.  For example, if there are 24 players in the field, two players will advance.  If there is 25 players the top three players will advance to Day 2.

Players who advance to Day 2 more than once will combine chip stacks and receive last-place money for the spot they have “given up” and will play out their total combined stack. For example, if you bagged three times into Day two, you would combine all three stacks and receive two min cash payouts.

DAY 2 starting blind level: because each flight will end on a different level, to ensure maximum stack playability Day 2 blinds will be rolled back to level 11. This is to help stack size on Day 2, regardless of your flight size or how many levels you have already played.

If you think poker is all about big pairs, full houses, and Broadway straights — Badugi is here to blow your mind. This quirky lowball draw game flips traditional poker upside down. Originating in Korea, Badugi has become a crowd favorite in mixed games across the globe, and yes — it’s part of the CCG Mixed Game Series.

💡 What Is Badugi?

Badugi is a four-card lowball draw poker game. The goal is simple — make the lowest possible hand with four unique suits and no paired ranks. That’s called a Badugi.
• Aces are always low.
• Straights don’t count against you.
• The best possible hand is A♦ 2♣ 3♥ 4♠ — four suits, four different ranks, the purest Badugi there is.

If you have any duplicate suits or ranks, you only get to use your lowest unique cards.

Example:
You hold A♠ 2♠ 3♥ 4♦ → Two spades! You can only keep one, so your best hand is A♠ 3♥ 4♦, a three-card Badugi.

💵 How Betting Works

Badugi is most often played as a limit game, especially in mixed game rotations like H.O.R.S.E. or the CCG Mixed Game Series.

Each hand has four betting rounds:
1. Pre-draw: Everyone gets four cards, and the first betting round begins.
2. First draw: Players can discard 0–4 cards (or stand pat). Another round of betting follows.
3. Second draw: Draw and bet again.
4. Third draw: One last chance to draw before the final betting round and showdown.

🔄 Drawing Decisions

Each draw gives you a new chance to improve your hand.
• Stand pat if your hand is already strong — think smooth 4-card Badugi or a strong 3-card.
• Draw 1-3 if you’re chasing better lows or missing suits.
• Draw 4 if you’re embracing chaos. (We’ve all been there.)

🏁 The Showdown

When all bets are in, players reveal their hands.

Hands are ranked first by how many cards you can use, then by how low they are:
• A 4-card Badugi always beats a 3-card Badugi.
• Among equal-length Badugis, the hand with the lowest high card wins.

Example:
• 4-card 6♠ 7♦ 9♥ J♣ beats
• 3-card A♠ 2♦ 3♣,
because a four-card Badugi outranks any three-card hand.

⚡ Quick Strategy Tips for New Players
1. Position matters. Acting last helps you see who’s drawing before you make your decision.
2. Smooth over rough. A-2-3 is often stronger than a rough 9-high Badugi.
3. Know when to fold. If you’re drawing two or three and others are patting, you’re probably behind.
4. Bluff selectively. Standing pat early can make you look strong — but timing is everything.
