Over the course of 12 weeks, CCG will allocate $1,300 every week across 13 different qualifying high hands, putting a total of $15,600 into the promotion.
But here’s where things get interesting:
📈 IF IT DOESN’T HIT… IT GROWS!
Each of the 13 qualifying hand categories starts the weekend with $100 available.
If that hand is hit during the weekend, the player wins the entire amount currently attached to that hand. Once the prize is claimed, that particular hand is finished for the rest of that weekend.
The following week, it starts over again at $100.
But if nobody hits that particular hand?
The money rolls over.
Another $100 is added the following week.
So a hand could progress like this:
Week 1: $100
Week 2: $200
Week 3: $300
Week 4: $400
…and it keeps growing until somebody hits it!
The longer a hand survives, the bigger the payday becomes.

When a qualifying Progressive High Hand is made and verified, that player wins the entire accumulated amount for that category.
For example:
If nobody hits Quad Aces for five consecutive weeks, that Progressive High Hand could grow to $500.
Hit Quad Aces during Week 5?
💰 You win the $500.
Quad Aces is then closed for the remainder of that weekend and returns the following week starting again at $100.
Meanwhile, all of the other qualifying hands continue with their own independent progressive balances.

The CCG Progressive High Hand Promotion applies to the following cash games:

⚠️ HIGH HAND QUALIFICATION RULES
To qualify for a Progressive High Hand payout:
BOTH HOLE CARDS MUST PLAY
Players must use both of their hole cards as part of the qualifying high hand.
For Hold’em players, both hole cards must be used to make the qualifying hand. However you do not need a pocket pair to make Quads. A7 on a 777Q5 board would qualify as Quad Sevens. A7 on a AAAQ9 board would not qualify for the High Hand.
PLO PLAYERS MUST FLOP THE HIGH HAND
Because monster hands happen a little more often in Omaha, PLO has an additional requirement:** A PLO player must FLOP the qualifying high hand.** The completed qualifying hand must be made on the flop to be eligible for the Progressive High Hand payout.
FLOOR VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED
Every qualifying hand must be verified by the floor staff. No exceptions.
Players should keep the hand intact until a floor person has confirmed the qualifying hand and the correct payout.
💵 WHAT HAPPENS TO MONEY THAT NEVER GETS HIT?
Here’s the best part:
Every dollar allocated to this promotion WILL BE GIVEN AWAY.
The Progressive High Hand promotion runs for 12 weeks, but there could still be money remaining in some of the progressive pools when the regular promotion ends.
That money doesn’t disappear.
It gets dumped back into the cash games during the final two CCG events of 2026:

Whatever Progressive High Hand money remains will be divided into 24 equal payouts.
During those final two CCG events, every hour a High Hand will win 1/24 of the remaining promotional balance. 1pm to 1am on December 26th and 12pm to 12am on December 27th = 24 hours of Charity Poker Action.
And during the finale, it is no longer limited to one of the 13 Progressive High Hand categories.
It becomes a traditional:

Let’s say the 12-week promotion ends with:
$4,800 still remaining
That $4,800 would be divided by 24:
$4,800 ÷ 24 = $200

The highest qualifying hand made during each promotional hour from any eligible cash game wins the money.
By the end of December 27th…EVERY DOLLAR has been paid out!
